nice stay
helpful staffparisian vibeupgraded room
robert and yooauf were helpful answering our questions about traveling from that location to hong kong airport. they made everything clear and easy to understand for us. the hotel had a adorable parisian vibe and polite staff. a reception lady give us upgraded room with perfect view to eiffel tower. she also give us late check out till 1pm.
check in line was long. but it was okay given that it was a typhoon signal #3.

there are great food choices at this hotel and it is very good. we also enjoyed the amazing buffet. i recommend their food street as its cost performance and taste are excellent. the water pressure and temperature in the bathroom are very good.

the rooms are good and clean. my stay was excellent. the staff provided every possible convenience. i was gifted a delicious cake and everything was completely satisfying. the room was well maintained.
